Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Project Manager (f/m/div) for the development of sophisticated ASICs for consumer electronics products. You will lead technically complex projects, manage international teams, and work closely with external partners, including semiconductor foundries.

- Lead and mentor a cross-functional, international team, fostering a collaborative environment
- As a central contact person you coordinate tasks with internal and external stakeholders, including foundry business partners
- Strategically manage project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure every project is optimized for success
- Within the dedicated projects you take ownership for targets with respect to scope, time, quality and budget
- Backed up from management and relevant stakeholders you get the resources to steer the projects successfully
Qualifications
- Personality: Enthusiastic and creative team player, willingness to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment, assertive and analytical
- Working Style: Quality oriented, independent working style; clear and stake-holder oriented communication
- Experience and Knowledge: Deep knowledge of mixed signal ASIC design and semi-conductor processes required; minimum 5 years of professional experience in IC development and several years of experiences in leadings a team in technical projects
- Languages: Proficient English (C1) and advanced German (B1) language skills beneficial
- Education: M.Sc. / Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering / Physics or comparable qualification
