Job Description
The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for supporting process/product improvement and new product development to ensure they meet performance, quality, manufacturing, and cost requirements. S/He must be able to work well in a team environment and possess effective communication skills and technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of industry experience in a product development and manufacturing environment.
Knowledge
- Intermediate proficiency in Design software required - SolidWorks preferably
- Basic knowledge of intercoms
- Basic knowledge of product development best practices such as DFMEA.
- Basic knowledge of drafting, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing preferred.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
