Job Description
Key Responsibilities1. Project Specific (Must Have)Creation of parametric CAD models in UG NX with 1:1 scalePreparation of parametric assembly modelsCreation of manufacturing drawings with necessary dimensioning and tolerances (References are available)Product Manufacturing Information (PMI) creation and management in Siemens NXSAP activities including:Uploading/Downloading BOM (Bill of Materials)Working with Material master data.Domain knowledge of component design. 2. General ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate excellent oral and written communication skillsUtilize strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaborationApply problem-solving skills, analytical and logical thinking to design challengesMaintain goal-oriented approach as a team player with focus on qualityWork proactively with quick learning ability and handle tasks independentlyRequired Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills (Must Have)Strong proficiency in UG NX (Siemens NX) for parametric modelingExperience in creating and managing Product Manufacturing Information (PMI) in Siemens NXExperience in creating parametric CAD models with 1:1 scaleAbility to develop parametric assembly modelsKnowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)Expertise in Model-Based Definition (MBD) and PMI annotation standardsExperience with manufacturing drawing preparationWorking knowledge of SAP for BOM management and material master dataUnderstanding of engineering standards and documentationSoft SkillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsProblem-solving skills with analytical and logical thinkingGoal-oriented, team player, quality-focused mindsetProactive approach, quick learner, and capable of working independentlyNice to HaveDocumentation skills and proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with other CAD/PLM systemsKnowledge of manufacturing processesExperience with digital twin and MBD workflows
