Job Description
- 与业务、产品紧密合作，分析需求，完成系统的设计、开发、扩展或代码重构；
- 设计和规划所负责项目的整体架构和技术规范，并在日常开发实践中贯彻执行；
- 负责技术难点的攻关和关键系统的设计和编码；
- 负责重要子模块的总体设计，并编写核心代码，确保软件的性能和可扩充性等，为软件的稳定性、安全性从整体结构上提供良好的保证；
- 对个人质量和进度负责，帮助提升团队技能水平和开发效率。
Qualifications
- 1.计算机专业等相关专业，211本科及以上学历，3年以上开发工作经验；
- 熟悉Java语言，基础扎实，包括JVM、类装载机制、多线程并发、IO、网络等技术体系；
- 精通Java Web开发，熟悉HTTP协议和Servlet规范，掌握Spring、Spring MVC、Spring Boot、Mybatis等Java开源框架；
- 熟悉MySQL、SQL Server数据库设计，深入了解性能调优;
- 学习能力强，热衷技术，喜欢钻研和尝试新的技术；
- 思路清晰，具备良好的沟通能力和理解能力，责任心强，具有一定的团队合作精神，认真负责
具备以下技能优先：
- 具备后端自动化测试经验优先。
- 熟练使用主流GenAI工具优先。
