Job Description

• You will actively shape the future of project management and drive digital transformation forward. If you want to use your expertise in data analysis and tool development to optimize global processes and make a real impact, you have come to the right place. Become part of a team that lives innovation and significantly influences the efficiency of our projects worldwide.
• Furthermore, you will design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes modeling data from diverse sources, optimizing DAX formulas, providing key user support, and assisting with the creation of structured training materials and onboarding sessions.
• You will actively support the development of our digital tools and drive the automation of project management workflows, tools, and reports to increase process efficiency and reduce manual maintenance.
• Last but not least, you will collaborate closely with Project Leaders by preparing, organizing, and actively participating in workshops and meetings, while also supporting them in their daily project management tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Business Informatics, Business Administration/Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: proficient in Power BI, with knowledge of developing low-code solutions using MS Office (such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar platforms) and experience in UX/UI design; initial knowledge of building BOTs or AI agents is a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: you are a reliable team player who works in a structured, independent, and self-motivated manner; you are willing to learn and thrive when working in a collaborative, international environment
• Work Routine: our hybrid model offers a balanced mix of on-site and remote work
• Enthusiasm: strong interest in new, innovative solutions for digitalization in project management and reporting
• Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
