A BOI promoted Thai-Japan-German JV in major manufacture of automotive part with Worldwide export. Our located in Amata City, Rayong Province (40 min from Pattaya, 90 mins from Bangkok), is a growing plant with about 1,000 employees. Currently products for the divisions Chassis Control, Powertrain Solutions, Diesel Systems and Electrical Drives are produced there. Also pass-through business is handled for several divisions.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan maintenance and predictive maintenance.
- Eliminate unplanned machine breakdown (Repair, analysis root cause and sustainable countermeasure.)
- Prepare appropriate machine spare parts to avoid long time machine breakdown and TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) plan.
- Work with related function to follow up, update and closed OPLs.
- Record, analysis, daily tracking Main KPIs of Maintenance cost, Fulfill level of Planned Maintenance and Machine Spare parts.
- 5S and Safety work
- Contribution of ISO14001 and ISO45001 target.

Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’ degree.
Special Skills:
1) Mechanical or Electrical e.g. drawing, electric circuit
2) Program Microsoft office e.g. Power point, Excel
