Job Description

Strategic Thinking And Leadership:

Mine & analyse data from databases and carry out predictive modelling to improve operational excellence. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.

KPI: Platform projects - Sustenance and Implementation

Communication And Change Management:

Communicating the benefits of digital solutions to stakeholders, including senior management and employees, and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

KPI: Adoption of new technologies in AI/DA

Project Management:

Ability to develop project plans, manage budgets, and track progress against milestones. Ensure that the plant is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards related to digital technology in manufacturing.

KPI: Number of projects implemented

Data Analysis:

Analyse data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and measure the impact of digital transformation initiatives. Analyse data from manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement of operational efficiency

KPI: Cost Saving

Technical Expertise:

Promote latest digital technologies and their application in manufacturing. Ensure that new technologies are effectively adopted by the plant

KPI: No of projects

Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, Lead Plant and Expert members in other plant for New technology for vendors Relationship management & Value streams for delivering digital solutions.

 

 

Qualifications

Graduation:

  • Computer Science/ Electronics and telecommunication Engineering with Data Science Certification /or any other relevant engineering branch.
  • Data Scientist Masters Program from a recognized university

Additional Information

Required Skills & Experience :

Knowledge:

  • Advanced knowledge of GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, social network analysis, etc
  • Hands on coding knowledge on languages: C, C++, R, Python, Java
  • Experience in visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders: Power BI, Tableau, Power Point.
  • Knowledge of MES, MAS, Azure data bricks, Big Data analytics, Prediction models
  • Web application Development and Deployment
  • Advanced knowledge of operations management, standing orders, Bosch Code of business conduct and related statutes
  • Advanced knowledge in work safety, environment & health practices and regulations.
  • Advanced knowledge in product liability, Quality management in IT services and IT Security
