Job Description
本岗位的主要职责是基于公司的标定应用软件，基于自动化和AI技术完善和拓展PMT解决方案，为客户或公司内部提供相应的工程应用服务，包括但不限于技术支持/客户项目/二次开发，主要方向有：
- 基于CAN或以太网的测量标定协议
- ASAM MCD-2MC
- INCA
- ASCMO
- INCA-FLOW
Qualifications
- 整合 INCA 产品以构建生态系统，满足客户需求并实现自动化
- INCA 插件的本地化开发
- 与第三方共同构建生态系统的技术架构
- 探索 TSN、数据闭环与云等新领域
Qualifications
工作经验
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化、系统工程、质量工程等相关专业；
- 3 年以上研发、系统工程或质量体系工作经验；
- 至少 2 年以上流程改进或工具集成经验。
- 具有底盘标定和测试经验者优先
能力要求
- 具备底盘测量与标定经验者优先
- 精通 C/C++、Python 或 Java 等编程语言
具备需求分析、系统建模及仿真工具（如 MATLAB/Simulink）使用经验
- 理解通信协议（CAN、LIN、Ethernet、TCP/IP 等）
- 具备单元测试、调试与集成测试经验
- 熟悉敏捷（Agile）/Scrum 开发流程
- 了解持续集成（CI/CD）流水线与构建自动化工具
- 熟悉至少一类 ALM / PLM / DevOps 工具（如 Polarion、JIRA、Git、Jenkins、Doors、Simulink、Vector 工具链）；具备工具集成、脚本自动化经验。
- 能建立 KPI 指标体系，使用 Power BI / Excel / Python 进行过程数据分析。
