Job Description

一、产品配置与选型设计
  基于量产平台快速响应客户需求，完成产品配置设计与选型优化。  
  *Rapidly respond to customer needs based on mass production platforms to complete product configuration design and selection optimization.*
二、技术问题解决与客户支持
  提供全生命周期技术支持，系统性解决客户问题并提升满意度。  
  *Provide full lifecycle technical support, systematically solve customer problems and enhance satisfaction.*
三、零部件国产化与降本优化
  推进零部件国产化验证与降本增效，保障质量并优化成本。  
  *Drive component localization validation and cost reduction while ensuring quality and optimizing costs.*
四、产品性能持续改进
  持续优化产品性能与可靠性，提升市场竞争力并降低保修成本。  
  *Continuously optimize product performance and reliability to enhance market competitiveness and reduce warranty costs.*
五、技术文档与知识管理
  管理技术文档与知识资产，为跨部门提供培训支持。

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in hydraulic engineering or mechanical engineering.
机械专业（或液压方向）本科以上学历 
Fluent English. German can be a plus.
英语可作为工作语言，（德语更佳）
精通轴向柱塞泵/马达原理、失效分析与性能优化方法，掌握CAD/仿真/数据分析工具，熟悉行业应用及前沿技术。
Mastery of axial piston pump/motor principles, failure analysis, and performance optimization methods; proficient in CAD/simulation/data analysis tools; familiar with industry applications and cutting-edge technologies.
具备供应商管理、零部件国产化验证及降本项目经验，熟悉IPD/APQP流程与跨部门协作，能独立处理客户问题并推动工程变更。
Experience in supplier management, component localization validation, and cost reduction projects; familiar with IPD/APQP processes and cross-functional collaboration; able to independently handle customer issues and drive engineering changes.
优秀的客户沟通与跨部门协调能力，具备项目管理基础和技术培训能力，善于知识管理与持续改进。
Excellent customer communication and cross-functional coordination skills; basic project management competency and technical training ability; adept at knowledge management and continuous improvement.
