Job Description
Job Summary:
- 负责生产线设备(PH&VH)的维护及改进，对重大设备问题进行有效分析，并减少设备潜在风险，减少故障停机时间，不断提高设备利用率。
Job Responsibilities:
- 组织分析并消除设备主要问题，降低维修时间
- 对设备运行状况进行评估，发现潜在设备运行风险，及时利用计划停机保养时间进行整改
- 对设备进行深入分析，持续改进原有的设计缺陷，提高设备运行效率。
- 积极推进TPM的不断改进，运用有效科学的工具提高解决问题的方法。
- 协助仓库人员进行备件管理，并在保证设备稳定性的前提下积极推动备件国产化，降低维修成本。
- 对技术员及新进员工进行技术培训，与其他同事分享经验，提高团队的整体技术水平。
- 组织并实施新进设备的安装调试工作。
- 积极参与与其他部门同事的有效沟通，配合客户达成目标。
Qualifications
- 本科以上学历，机械/自动化专业
- 3年以上CNC机床设备维修经验
- 良好的机械电气知识
- 熟悉数控系统，有加工中心机床维修相关工作经验
- 熟悉计算机编程，特别是PLC程序
- 良好的英文沟通能力
