Robert Bosch LLC seeks a AI Systems Engineer at its facility located at 384 Santa Trinita Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085.
Job Description:
Maintain, extend, and improve the existing large-scale data platform that serves users from assembly plants worldwide. Onboard new data sources enabling machine learning applications to be built on top of manufacturing data and monitor existing data pipelines for completeness and low latencies. Promote a culture of self-serve data analytics by minimizing technical barriers to data access and understanding. Share knowledge by clearly articulating results and ideas to customers, managers, and key decision makers. Stay current with the latest research and technology and communicate your knowledge throughout the company. Telecommuting permitted. Up to 5% of domestic and international travel required.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s** degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience Requirements:
One (1) year of experience in job offered, or Data Engineer, Systems Engineer, or in a related occupation.
**Employer will also accept one additional year of experience for each year missing toward a four-year bachelor’s degree. Employer will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience.
Special Skills Requirements:
Academic training or work experience in the following:
1. Scala
2. Python
3. SQL
4. Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Airflow, or Jenkins
5. Apache Spark
6. Azure
7. Databricks
Annual Salary: $187,741 - $192,000/yr.
