Job Description

We're transforming manufacturing with the power of Artificial Intelligence by building intelligent solutions that optimize operations, improve quality, and enable data-driven decision making.

As an AI/ML Engineer, you'll design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions that solve real-world manufacturing challenges. You'll work with production, quality, and operational data to build predictive models that improve efficiency, reliability, and business outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to apply modern machine learning technologies in large-scale industrial environments while helping shape the future of intelligent manufacturing.

Your Mission 

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for real business use cases.
• Develop predictive AI solutions for manufacturing challenges such as quality prediction, anomaly detection, forecasting, and process optimization.
• Prepare and engineer features from structured, time-series, and industrial datasets in collaboration with Data Engineers.
• Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve machine learning models throughout their lifecycle using modern MLOps practices.
• Integrate ML solutions into enterprise applications and manufacturing systems together with software engineering teams.
• Evaluate model performance, monitor data quality and drift, and continuously improve prediction accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions that create measurable business value.
• Stay up to date with advancements in machine learning and AI technologies, contributing new ideas and best practices to the team

Qualifications

Required

• Experience developing software and machine learning solutions using Python.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience working with SQL and structured datasets.
• Familiarity with model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps concepts.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and modern software development practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset

Experience with one or more of the following:
