Job Description
1.了解博世生产--深入博世全自动生产线，了解精益生产过程，专注产品工艺和设备性能，挖掘生产效率和质量的影响因子。
2.设备数据采集--针对影响因子，采用相应的物联网传感器，根据不同的工业通信协议，实时采集数据并存储。
3.生产数据分析--数据清洗，特征工程，采用合适的模型和算法，参数调优，建立数据和生产效率/质量缺陷的关联
4.AI系统集成--将算法模块嵌入MES/SCADA/PLC等工业系统，实现可视化，决策，预警和调优。
Qualifications
1.教育背景：硕士及以上学历，计算机、AI应用，物联网、软件、电气自动化及相关专业;
2.英文：出色的英文书写及口语能力;
3.软件技能：
•有AI相关经验，熟悉大模型框架 Ollama, Xinfernce, LLM开发平台 Dify, FastGPT, RAGFlow， Embedding 和 Rerank模型，向量数据库，模型微调
•有工业背景，熟悉生产数据和自动化设备，有把AI应用于工业场景经验的优先考虑
•熟悉C/C++, C#, Python, Javascript, Node.js 至少一种并有实际软件项目经验
•熟悉Pandas，PySpark, TensorFlow 等技术和框架
•熟练使用常见数据库InfluxDB，PostgreSQL, MongoDB等
•具备数学建模能力（全国大学生数学建模竞赛获奖者优先）
•了解常用工业物联网通信平台及协议，例如Node-Red，MQTT, OPC-UA, EtherCAT, ModBus等
•熟悉Linux系统, Docker技术
•了解MS-Azure Cloud云平台
