Job Description
1. 负责车载通信协议栈的设计、开发与调试，涵盖以太网及CAN相关通信模块
2. 参与基于以太网的车载通信方案开发与优化，如SOME/IP、DoIP等协议的集成与问题分析
3. 负责通信相关基础软件模块开发，包括网络管理（NM）与时间同步（Time Sync）等功能实现与调优
4. 基于AutoSAR（CP/AP）架构进行BSW或中间件开发，完成模块配置、集成与验证
5. 分析并定位通信相关问题（如抓包分析、时序问题、同步偏差、性能瓶颈等）
6. 与系统、应用及硬件团队协作，推动通信方案落地
Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子等相关专业
2. 熟悉TCP/IP协议栈（IP、TCP、UDP、ARP等）及其在嵌入式系统中的实现机制
3. 熟悉车载以太网常用协议，如SOME/IP、DoIP，具备实际开发或调试经验
4. 熟悉CAN通信机制及网络管理（如CAN NM）相关原理与应用
5. 熟悉时间同步机制（如gPTP / IEEE 802.1AS 或 AutoSAR Time Sync相关模块）
6. 熟悉AutoSAR架构（Classic Platform / Adaptive Platform），理解BSW分层及关键模块
7. 熟悉嵌入式开发环境（如Linux/QNX/RTOS），具备扎实的C/C++开发能力
8. 具备良好的问题分析与定位能力，能独立完成模块开发及复杂问题排查
**加分项：**
1. 有量产项目经验，参与过完整车载通信系统开发
2. 熟悉诊断协议（UDS、DoIP诊断流程等）
3. 有时间同步精度优化或多节点同步调试经验
4. 熟悉网络抓包工具（如Wireshark）及常见调试方法
