You Have:   

• 7+ years of experience in software architecture, Agile system development and design, or systems integration 
• 3+ years of experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing complex software systems 
• Knowledge of software design principles and architecture patterns
• Knowledge of Agile software development practices, cloud-native architectures, containerization technologies, and distributed systems 
• Knowledge of the implementation of DevSecOps principles 
• Ability to brief senior-level military, direct and facilitate cross-organizational highly technical architectural considerations, issues, and limitations, and drive consensus across the government and FFRDCs
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in software development or system architecture, or 10+ years of experience in software development or system architecture in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Visio or yEd
• Knowledge of digital engineering and model-based systems engineering  
• Knowledge of Missile Warning and Ground Systems
• Knowledge of developing data-flow models, object models, and business process models in BPMN from analysis of existing software 
• TS/SCI clearance 
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)

Clearance: 
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
