As a program and project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced program and project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of client support and corporate strategy. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning and communicate regularly with client staff at all levels along with project SMEs and analysts.

You Have:

• 15+ years of experience with Program Management, Data Analysis, Consulting, Organizational Design and Management, and Business Process Improvement
• Experience developing the project scope documents, project timetables, and documents provided to program managers and clients
• Experience coordinating and monitoring the scheduling, budget, and performance of company programs
• Experience in participating in the preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts
• Experience in tracking progress and performance according to program schedules and goals, and developing solutions to program obstacles
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical sciences, or management field

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of Navy accession planning, recruiting, training, detailing, community management, and current transformation efforts
• Knowledge of military culture in general and United States Navy culture and structure
• Ability to work in a dynamic team responsible for multiple concurrent deliverables

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
