Electronics Engineer, Senior

The Opportunity:

As an electronics engineer, you understand the workings behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to providing troubleshooting and engineering analysis on devices that threaten the safety of both the warfighter and law enforcement personnel. We’re looking for an Electronics Engineer who can use their skills to apply advanced technical solutions in support of law enforcement investigations.

At Booz Allen, you’ll use your engineering skills to support a broad range of partners in law enforcement. Our team performs a wide range of technical examinations required to successfully exploit both commercial and custom electronic devices. This includes reverse engineering and characterizing both the electrical function and communication characteristics of electronic circuits while using complex instrumentation to test circuit function and extract relevant electronic data.

That’s why we need you, an Electronics Engineer who can capture critical information regarding the device’s functionality to provide detailed analysis reports to law enforcement organizations, military services, and international partners. This is a chance to use your skills while gaining experience in this high-impact, high-visibility role.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

  • Top Secret clearance

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Chain of Custody and evidence handling procedures in a forensic laboratory

  • Experience imaging, extracting, and parsing data from electronic devices

  • Experience with reverse engineering tools, including IDA Pro, OllyDbg, or Ghidra
