As a cloud computing infrastructure architect on our team, you’ll use cutting-edge enterprise cloud platforms to support your clients as they modernize their IT infrastructure and meet their most challenging missions. We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients.

You’ll closely collaborate with fellow cloud architects and engineers. You’ll have the chance to grow your skills within a DevOps framework to create and manage container apps and use products like Kubernetes to further the mission. With access to our internal resources, you’ll have the space and time to explore different ways of solving our client’s problems, and you’ll work with your team and stakeholders to deliver the right technical solutions. Whether helping to modernize legacy computing platforms and applications or creating new ones from scratch, you’ll have the latest tech and brightest teammates at your fingertips.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience with design, deployment, and management of Cloud environments, including AWS or Azure

• Experience with migration, architecting, building, and deploying of systems and applications in Cloud platforms

• Experience with monitoring, maintenance, and security of critical infrastructure components

• Knowledge of networking, security groups, and policy management for cloud resources across multiple operating systems, including Linux and Windows

• Secret clearance

• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Summer 2025

• Ability to obtain 8570 or 8140 IAT II or III certification within six months of start date

Nice If You Have:

• Experience leading a team of cloud professionals on one or more projects or efforts

• Knowledge of DoD accreditation processes

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps for designing, developing, and delivering using appropriate automation techniques or tools

• Ability to work through challenging security requirements and maintain compliance

• AWS or Azure Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
