As an Agile Engineer on our team, you’ll drive transformation across the organization by leveraging frameworks that include the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban. You'll work to drive the adoption of the Agile mentality through Lean Portfolio Management, Agile delivery knowledge, and Agile life cycle management tools while coaching and mentoring team members. You'll work within and lead multiple Agile Release Trains from end-to-end and deliver Agile trainings and workshops. You'll help to bring standard methodologies into the organization and partner closely with senior leadership to establish lean agile routines and practices that transform the organization to run Agile at scale, integration and continuous development, DevSecOps, and automation. You'll lead discussions with team leads and management while keeping the collective team focused and tracking commitments, pace, and quality.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Agilist leading Agile transformations as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or Agile Coach

  • Experience with designing and executing enterprise organizational transformation frameworks

  • Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence

  • Experience developing metrics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and presenting this data to leaders and stakeholders

  • Knowledge of Application Life Cycle and Agile Management tools

  • Ability to lead discussions with executives, team leads, and leaders within the organization on transformation topics

  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Agile Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with SAFe

  • SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
