職務内容

• Boomiのテクノロジーとソリューションの専門家として、見込み客や顧客のビジネスに貢献する
• 見込み客や顧客に対して、調査、ニーズの収集、要件分析を行う
• インパクトの強いプレゼンテーションやデモンストレーションを開発、提示、提供する
• PoC（概念実証）やRFP（提案依頼書）対応など、その他のプリセールス活動を調整/促進する
• 事業部門マネージャー、技術アーキテクト、Cレベルエグゼクティブなど、あらゆるレベルの関係者に、Boomiのメリットを明確に説明する
• アカウントエグゼクティブと協力し、営業機会の管理、サポート、優先順位付けを支援する
• 必要に応じて、見込み客の要望や製品強化に関する情報を、社内の他の部門に提供する
• 当社のCRMシステム内でアカウントと営業機会の最新情報を維持し、営業機会を管理し優先順位付けする
• Boomiのサービスに関するベストプラクティスを定義し、Boomiのユーザーコミュニティに寄与する

求められる経験とスキル

• プリセールス業務に5年以上従事した経験がある
• 顧客ニーズを理解し、掘り下げて、定量化可能なビジネス価値を提示できるビジネス感覚がある
• 異種システムにまたがるビジネスプロセスの設計および統合を行う実証済みの技術的能力がある
• 優れた分析および手順思考スキルがある
• エンタープライズ統合ツール、ミドルウェア技術、システム統合設計の経験がある
• 顧客志向の洞察力を備えた、優れた口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力がある
• 同時に複数の案件を効果的に管理できる
• JSON、XML、SOAP、OData、RESTベースのAPIに関する深い理解
• Java、Groovy、JavaScriptによるスクリプト作成スキル

任意条件

• アプリケーション統合分野での顧客対応業務経験がある
• Boomi Integration またはその他のビジュアルベースの統合開発/マッピングツールの使用経験
• 他社API 管理、マスターデータ管理（MDM）、B2B/EDI、ワークフローの使用経験
• 一般的なビジネスアプリケーション（Salesforce（Apex および Visualforce を含む）、NetSuite（SuiteScripti を含む）、Taleo、Workday、AWS、Azure、Microsoft Dynamics 製品、Oracle、SAP など）の使用または統合に関する技術的および/または機能的な経験
• SQL、データモデリング、データベース（MS SQL Server、MySQL、Oracleなど）を含むデータベーススキル
• 一般的なビジネスシステム（CRM、SFA、ERP）およびプロセス（受注から入金までのプロセス、発注管理など）に関する一般的な知識
• HTML、CSS、React、JavaScriptの経験

We currently have an opening on our team for an experienced Presales Engineer in Japan to work with the Sales team to bring innovative solutions and strategies that map Boomi solutions and technologies to meet customer needs and support the sales process and effort. This includes Integration, API Management, Master Data Management (MDM) and Workflow. 

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in Boomi technology and solutions and be able to apply it to a prospects and customers' business outcomes
• Perform discovery, needs gathering, and requirement analysis for prospects and customers
• Develop, present and deliver high impact presentations and demonstrations of the Boomi solutions
• Coordinate/facilitate all other presales activities such as Proof of Concepts, RFP responses, etc.
• Clearly articulate the benefits of Boomi to all levels including line of business managers, technical architects and C level executives
• Work with Account Executives to help manage, support, and prioritize sales opportunities
• Provide input to other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed
• Maintain account and opportunity updates within our CRM system to manage and prioritize sales opportunities
• Define and promote the adoption of best practices of Boomi's products throughout the AtomSphere user community

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience with presales
• Have the business savvy to understand & probe customer needs and demonstrate quantifiable business value
• Proven technical ability to design and integrate business processes across disparate systems
• Excellent analytical and procedural thinking skills
• Experience with enterprise integration tools, middleware technology, and systems integration design
• Strong oral and written communication, customer focused acumen
• Effectively manage multiple engagements at one time
• Strong understanding of JSON, XML, SOAP, OData and REST based APIs
• Scripting skills with Java, Groovy, JavaScript

Preferences

• Client facing work in the application integration space
• Familiarity with Boomi Integration or other visual-based integration development/mapping tools
• Familiarity with other API Management, Master Data Management (MDM)and
• Technical and/or functional experience with using or integrating with common business applications such as: Salesforce (including Apex and Visualforce), NetSuite (including SuiteScript), Taleo, Workday, AWS, Azure, Microsoft Dynamics products, Oracle, SAP, etc
• Database skills including SQL, data modeling, and databases (e.g. MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)
• General knowledge of common business systems (CRM, SFA, ERP) and processes (lead to cash, requisitions, order management, etc.)
• Experience in HTML, CSS, React and JavaScript
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent
