Role Description: We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Tech Standards organization. The Senior TPM will have extensive experience leading large-scale, cross-organizational software development projects and possess a strong technical background. This role requires the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, managing ambiguity and competing priorities. The Senior TPM will be responsible for both driving high-level strategic initiatives and actively engaging in day-to-day operations to implement change. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties: Lead collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and flexible solutions while maintaining a strong customer focus. Influence architectural and technical aspects of services and processes to ensure the success of initiatives. Manage relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, and teams to define and deliver complex features. Proactively identify and manage risks, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs, balancing business needs with technical constraints. Plan, manage, and track multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery. Use technical expertise and strong business acumen to provide clarity and drive decisions in ambiguous situations. Apply best practices to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and create enterprise standards while fostering resource optimization and efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred). 5 to 8 years of experience in technical program management or related roles. Strong understanding of technology and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts. Proven ability to use data-driven insights to address business challenges and solve problems. Experience with Agile environments and certification is desirable. Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
