As the App Core Experience track, our focus is to significantly improve the overall customer experience and hence drive meaningful engagement with our app - whether it is someone who has opened the app for the first time, or in between their trip planning experience, we want to provide user value for the most important needs that our users have today. One of the products driving this is the AI Trip Planner. 

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy & drive the execution of delivering value to our travelers as they interact with the AI Trip Planner product to plan and prepare for their trip. You will do this with a talented multidisciplinary development team, whilst partnering with key stakeholders across the company.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Setting & owning the long term product vision & strategy for your scope 
  • Deliver a well prioritized short/mid-term execution plan to get there by collaborating with experienced UX, tech and insights counterparts
  • Maintain a pulse on the emerging user trends as travel recovers, by assessing user segments & trends on the app so that we always deliver the most value to the most meaningful customer segment
  • Regularly communicate product performance with senior stakeholders
  • Regularly evangelize your product vision & strategy with peers & senior stakeholders to identify meaningful synergies with other product teams in the company 
  • Define and land a strong engagement model with key stakeholders in the company, within and outside your department

Role Qualifications and Requirements

  • Extensive experience in building customer centric products as a Senior Product Manager
  • Fluency in articulating product vision & strategy and communicating across different hierarchies of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience identifying & navigating through complex stakeholder management scenarios across different business units
  • Strong affinity with AI technologies & experience developing products across web & app platforms
  • Data savviness & demonstrated ability to develop experimentation strategies
  • An analytical orientation and strong problem-solving skills demonstrated by the ability to structure issues and analyze alternative solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with senior management
  • Team player with a bottom-up ideation process 
  • Ability to see the big picture, without losing sight of the product details
  • Fluent in the English language both spoken and written.
