Product Manager - Revenue and Commerce Experience, FinTech

Our FinTech business unit – with teams in Amsterdam, Bangalore, London and Shanghai – develops new products and drives innovation to help us continue removing financial friction from the travel process. That makes buying and selling travel-related products and services simpler for both travelers and partners.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Revenue And Commerce Experience Track, Financial Systems division within our Fintech business unit. Our mission is to provide flexibility to Travellers and certainty to Partners by enabling Core Financial & Commercial Infrastructure

to make Money Experience frictionless with Booking. In this role you will drive commerce experience for Group Hotels and Global Chains to ensure friction free operations related to Billing, Payments and Reconciliation.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for your product area;

• Lead a portfolio of new product launches as well as product optimisations;

• Define the KPIs for your product, and be the ultimate responsible for its success;

• Research and identify partner and stakeholder needs and effectively manage their expectations;

• Work closely with a cross-functional team and stakeholders to build and operate your product;

• Engage with other product leaders within Booking.com to define and drive the development priorities for your product.

Role Qualifications and Requirements 

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager

• A track record for shipping large-scale API software products;

• Ability to communicate optimally across all levels of the organization;

• Strong stakeholder management and agile prioritization skills;

• Proficiency in product discovery and product delivery techniques;

• Experience with Finance and/or Fintech products (good but not mandatory);

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, and a basic technical understanding of how large-scale systems are built.
