Responsibilities: Technical capabilities: Design, develop, and implement custom GRC applications on the ServiceNow platform. Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC modules, including Risk Management, Compliance Management, Policy Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow GRC and other systems, such as ERP, HR, and security tools.Create custom workflows, scripts, and reports to automate GRC processes and generate insights. Provide deep technical expertise in ServiceNow GRC solutions, ensuring best practices are followed and solutions are scalable and robust. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow GRC.Proactively configure, monitor and maintain the ServiceNow platform.Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow GRC features and best practices. Collaborate with product owners/managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Essential skills: 2-4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform delivery, support, maintenance and implementations. Strong focus on GRC modules. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS), and web services. Experience with GRC concepts, including risk management, compliance management, and audit management and policy management. Ability to design and implement complex workflows and integrations. Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working closely with stakeholders, including product owners, key stakeholders, and other developers, to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance. Team player and active participation in discussions. Solution-driven attitude. Need to have valid/up to date ServiceNow SysAdmin certification Proactively identify gaps and potential improvements for GRC and act as a driver for change, actively pursuing product enhancements. Advantageous skills and abilities: Hands-on experience with development for Service Portal Experience with configuration of Risk/Compliance Workspace Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-GRC) Experience integrating with other Saas based solutions such as Okta to support identity management and the user account lifecycle. A history of building and maintaining relationships with external software vendors. Advanced troubleshooting and support for all ServiceNow-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
