Role description As a Fraud Analyst Intern you will contribute to identifying fraud and fraudulent activities within the Supplier Fraud. Your activity will imply to create, modify and execute SQL and Hadoop database queries, write Python workflows to retrieve and analyze data, and create visualizations using Tableau. The goal is to efficiently identify fraud, improve existing workflows and prepare proper dashboards for stakeholders. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties Software development / script coding using SQL or Python or other languages to develop data pipelines, clean data and analyze big data sets Development of data pipelines using PySpark or HQL, considering the data volume and complexity of each project Responsible for owning the design and delivery of parts of Data Analytics solutions based on business requirements, contributing to bringing them from the initial idea-generation phase to implementation with some supervision and support Support the team, assisting with PySpark issues, workflow scheduling, and performance Proposes and develops new tools to prevent, detect and respond to fraud, leveraging software development best practices. Design and build statistical models Visualization of data - using tools such as tableau Building statistical Models Responsible for growing their own craft skills while leveraging data analytics for impact on well defined business problems. Role Qualifications and Requirements trong analytical mindset, ability to use SQL, Excel, Visualization tools Excellent knowledge of scripting (Python/PySpark/R) and create notebooks for efficient querying.
