Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking Test Program Integrators – Lab Systems Test to lead the lab elements for Air Proprietary 1 located in Berkeley, MO. The selected candidates will be responsible for Structures, Environmental, and Subsystems lab efforts, respectively.

BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including: Senior and Lead level Test Program Integrators.

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate lab test requirements
• Communicate lab priorities
• Generate staffing plans
• Perform Cost Account Management (CAM) duties
• Train others
• Work under minimal direction

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science    
• 5+ years of experience with test & lab execution
• 3+ years of experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)
• Experience leading or managing projects and/or teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 10 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Education/Experience:

Senior (Level 4)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Lead (Level 5)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range for senior level: $113,900 – $154,100

Summary pay range for lead level: $136,000 – $184,000
