Role Overview:

Boeing Research & Technology (BR&T) in Japan, part of our global innovation hub, is looking for a skilled Mid-Level Propulsion Engineer. In this position you will work with engineering experts across the globe on research and development projects advancing our sustainability objectives. Your work will involve designing, analyzing, and testing fuel system and propulsion systems for future sustainable aviation technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

•Design and develop fuel systems and propulsion systems for new sustainable fuel applications.

•Identify technology implementation risks and develop mitigation plans.

•Design and implement testing and validation methods for new sustainable fuel systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Independent and collaborative working abilities.

•Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

•Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Engineering

Preferred Experience: 

•Proficiency with CATIA V5.

•8 years’ experience in fuel system design or analysis.

•Fuel system safety analysis

•Experience with air breathing propulsion installation and integration

•Project management skills.

•Japanese language proficiency is a significant plus.

必須スキル：

•エンジニア領域における学士号、修士号、または博士号をお持ちの方
