Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineering Manager to join F-15 Program in Berkeley, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

·       Manages employees performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle.

·       Develops quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans.

·       Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.

·       Acquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements.

·       Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.

·       Oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility.

·       Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

·       Bachelor’s degree or higher.

·       3+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action

·       3+ years of experience in data analytics

·       3+ years of manufacturing and/or quality experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

·       1+ years of experience working cross-functionally in a leadership role

·       1+ years of experience in project management

·       Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, then summarizing findings; developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources

Relocation:

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: $110,500 – $149,500
