Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

Location: Pune, MH, India

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our DATA SOLUTIONS AND SVCS PLATFORM team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Design, develop, enhance, and support ETL and data integration solutions across enterprise platforms.
• Build scalable and efficient data pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver data from multiple source systems.
• Develop and optimize database solutions leveraging Oracle and/or Snowflake.
• Write, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries and Python-based data processing solutions.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, data architects, application teams, and technology partners to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and timeliness across data workflows and platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes, database performance issues, and production incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
• Support data transformation, orchestration, and automation capabilities aligned with modern engineering practices.
• Contribute to the establishment and adoption of engineering standards, coding best practices, documentation, and support procedures.

• Participate in design reviews, release activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen platform resiliency and performance.
   

  To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 
   

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, ETL development, data integration, or database development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle and/or Snowflake.
• Strong Python programming skills with the ability to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Advanced SQL skills, including query development, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of ETL principles, data integration patterns, and relational database concepts.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-scale data solutions in complex environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
