We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Design and implement scalable frontend architectures, reusable UI component models, and high-performance user experiences for complex enterprise workflows
• Build and optimize backend platforms, microservices, APIs, and service orchestration layers supporting mission-critical applications
• Design and develop AI-enabled application capabilities, including conversational interfaces, embedded AI experiences, workflow augmentation, and intelligent decision-support features
• Collaborate and work with other teams in a platform operating model
• Analyze and support vendor software
• Stakeholder management
• Project Prioritization
• Provide second level support
• Usage of AI tools like Claude/Codex/Gitlab/Windsurf/ Co-Pilot
• Develop Unit Test Cases with a view to integration into CI/CD pipeline

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science/ engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
• 2+ years of experience in software development required
• Designing and building RESTful APIs, service layers, and microservices using Springboot, JAVA
• Component-driven UI architecture using Angular & Node.JS
• Proficiency with text-based formats like XML & JSON
• Proficiency in Enterprise application frameworks and service-oriented design
• Proficiency with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Integration
• Familiarity with testing patterns and dev ops
• Familiarity with cloud / containerization
• Comfortable in Windows and Linux environments
• Build pipelines and automated release processes
• Previous experience designing and implementing new systems and features independently
