With a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients, Bluelight excels in its focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Our mission is not only to create cutting-edge applications but also to foster a collaborative and enriching work environment where each team member can grow and thrive. With a presence across the United States and Central/South America, Bluelight is in an exciting phase of expansion, continually seeking exceptional talent to join its dynamic and diverse community.

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our rapidly growing team at Bluelight. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where everyone's opinions and efforts are valued and appreciated. You will have the opportunity to contribute to challenging and meaningful projects, developing high-quality applications that stand out in the market. We value continuous learning, personal growth, and hard work, offering a collaborative environment that promotes professional development. If you are passionate about software development and eager to be part of a growing software consultancy, we invite you to apply and join us on this exciting journey.

What You'll Do

  • Build out new features and enhancements for the client's primary SaaS product, partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
  • Identify general improvements across various areas of the application, proactively surfacing opportunities to enhance user experience, performance, and functionality
  • Write clear, comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that align engineering, design, and business teams around a shared vision
  • Create and maintain well-scoped Jira tickets, ensuring acceptance criteria, dependencies, and priorities are clearly defined for the development team
  • Produce wireframes, mockups, and interactive designs in Figma to communicate product concepts and user flows
  • Work directly with developers throughout their sprints — answering questions, walking through requirements, attending demos, and reviewing test cases to ensure delivery matches intent
  • Analyze product usage data and reporting in Power BI to inform prioritization decisions and measure the impact of shipped features
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, and client stakeholders) to keep work moving smoothly from concept through release

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, or similar product-focused role, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience writing high-quality PRDs and breaking down complex initiatives into well-structured user stories and tickets
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and ticket lifecycle tracking
  • Working proficiency in Figma, including the ability to create wireframes, mockups, and basic interactive prototypes
  • Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) to analyze product metrics, build reports, and translate data into product insights
  • Comfortable working directly with engineering teams during sprint ceremonies — standups, refinement, sprint reviews, and retros
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centric mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with distributed or fully remote teams
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies
  • Background in QA, UX research, or front-end development
  • Prior experience working in a consultancy or client-services environment

Company Benefits

  • Competitive salary and bonuses, including performance-based salary increases.
  • Generous paid-time-off policy
  • Flexible working hours
  • Work remotely
  • Continuing education, training, conferences
  • Company-sponsored coursework, exams, and certifications
Being a consultant in our team is a fun, challenging, and rewarding career choice. Your contributions are highly valued by clients, and the work you do often has a direct and significant impact on their business.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for our incredible clients, which will accelerate your career growth. You’ll collaborate with modern technologies and work alongside some of the best professionals in the industry!
