Scope:

• Join us in building Blue Yonder’s next generation warehouse returns processing solution. Blue Yonder is a leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company. Our team is working on an enterprise solution that leverages cloud-native technology and AI-driven insights to streamline the handling of returned and unsellable merchandise, reducing processing time and maximizing value recovery for customers.
• You'll be helping to build a suite of operator-facing tools and workflows that enable users to receive, inspect, and sort returned merchandise in accordance with inventory and operational requirements. 
• We’re seeking a full-stack software engineer with strong Node.js and TypeScript skills and expertise in React.js for front-end development to round out our team.
• We value candidates who excel in systems thinking, have experience solving issues within complex systems, and enjoy all aspects of software development from initial problem definition through implementation.
• In addition, we’re looking for someone who excels in enterprise software development and corporate design system implementation. You will need to be proactive and willing to take responsibility for both the success of our product and our team.

• Platform/DevOps: Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, CI/CD, GitHub Actions

What you’ll do:

• Participate in all phases of the product development cycle: from project definition and design through implementation, debugging, testing, and early customer support.
• Contribute across the full stack where appropriate, contributing to front-end, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• Implement components using our design system. Contribute and add to the library as needed. 
• Develop reusable, efficient, and highly performing software code.
• Write and maintain high-quality unit, integration, and end-to-end tests with multiple tools.
• Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for streamlined workflows.
• Engage in code reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering planning.
• Take ownership of solutions throughout their lifecycle, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Contribute to the team’s success: stay on top of engineering best practices and educate teammates on new learnings and findings.
• Coach junior developers to ensure team development.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on front-end technologies.

• Full-stack skillset with a specialty in Node.js/TypeScript and expertise in React.js for front-end development.
• Experience building and maintaining APIs, services, and data-driven applications.
• Experience working with relational databases to support SQL/NoSQL reporting and analytics requirements. Knowledge of MongoDB Atlas a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions.
• Practical experience deploying, configuring, and supporting containerized applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with design patterns, build tools, and testing frameworks.
• Advanced English proficiency and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience using AI tools for development guidance.
• Ability to work in the evenings (until 9 pm) 4 days per week. This role is based in India and you will be required to collaborate with US-based team members.
