What are we looking for?

In this opportunity, we are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to work with one of our US clients, who provides end-to-end customer acquisition and recruitment services, combining proprietary data, technology, and high-velocity sales and recruiting to deliver new customers and workers. Their services include funnel conversion through skilled sales, recruiting, analytics teams, and full-service customer and worker acquisition, integrating top-of-funnel marketing strategies. Their clients include some of the fastest-growing tech companies.

About this role:
The Software Engineer will collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to design, develop, and implement scalable, high-quality software solutions. This position requires full ownership of features throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and requirement gathering to launch and user adoption. The ideal candidate will utilize their technical expertise and product insight to deliver solutions that address user challenges, create value, and improve the overall user experience.

  • You will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge solutions that directly impact our business and drive user satisfaction. Your ideas and expertise will shape the future of our product.
  • Work closely with the Head of Product, business stakeholders, and other engineers to create seamless and intuitive user experiences. Your contributions will bridge the gap between technology and business needs.
  •  Develop and implement features that solve customer pain points, enhance user engagement, and drive measurable business results. Your work will be crucial in achieving our strategic goals.
  • Take ownership of designing and building scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure the robustness of our solutions.
  • Share your knowledge and expertise with other engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where adaptability and ownership are critical. Your ability to handle a wide range of technologies, systems, and scopes of work will enable us to move quickly and efficiently.
  • Engage directly with users to understand their workflows, pain points, and needs. Your user-centric approach will inform development decisions and prioritize impactful features.

You will shine if you are or have:

  • +6 years of experience in software engineering
  • Ability to develop and propose scalable, reliable, and maintainable technical solutions that meet business requirements and support long-term goals.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Experience with BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, and Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and Google Kubernetes Engine.
  • Experience with tools like Airflow, dbt, and BigQuery for data model and workflow development
  • Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, Five9, Regal, and marketing automation tools such as Customer.io and SendGrid.
  • Skill in scoping projects, understanding requirements and dependencies, and breaking down large projects into manageable tasks for efficient execution.
  • Strong ability to actively collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills to keep all parties informed and engaged. 
  • Commitment to implementing and maintaining reporting and monitoring solutions, conducting performance testing, and continuously seeking ways to enhance system performance and user satisfaction

It doesn't hurt if you also have:

  • Experience with JavaScript
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments or dynamic settings where adaptability and versatility are key.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Experience in high-volume, high-velocity sales environments, particularly in outbound sales contact centers or in high-velocity recruiting settings
  • Experience in growth marketing, focusing on customer acquisition and retention
