What are we looking for?

In this opportunity, we are looking for a Frontend Engineer to work with one of our US clients, who provides end-to-end customer acquisition and recruitment services, combining proprietary data, technology, and high-velocity sales and recruiting to deliver new customers and workers. Their services include funnel conversion through skilled sales, recruiting, analytics teams, and full-service customer and worker acquisition, integrating top-of-funnel marketing strategies. Their clients include some of the fastest-growing tech companies.

About this role:
The Software Engineer will collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to design, develop, and implement scalable, high-quality software solutions. This position requires full ownership of features throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and requirement gathering to launch and user adoption. The ideal candidate will utilize their technical expertise and product insight to deliver solutions that address user challenges, create value, and improve the overall user experience.

Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role:

  • Design, build, and maintain the client’s web properties and experiences.
  • Design and develop high-converting UIs and reusable UI components with React, Typescript, HTML/CSS.
  • Design and develop intuitive user interfaces and develop CMS-powered web applications and experiences to scale landing page and web page creation rapidly.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and troubleshoot bugs, ensuring smooth application functioning.
  • Keeping up to date on front-end tools that can benefit the usability of our online user experience
  • Work within our Growth team to create polished front-end experiences that attract and convert visitors into leads.

You will shine if you have:

  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS/React and/or other front-end development frameworks.
  • Experience building high-converting web experiences with extreme attention to detail, focusing on responsiveness and reusability.
  • Experience with headless CMS tools like Sanity, Builder, or similar
