Software Engineer Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead a team of blockchain core engineers
• Partner closely with various engineering teams to conceptualize and implement new services 
• Optimize the performance of the BDN (Blockchain Distribution Network) by enhancing speed through innovations aligned with the blockchain protocol, network infrastructure, and consensus model
• Create offerings that leverage the speed of the data that passes through the blockchain distribution network
• Integrate our core systems with other blockchains such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana and other future blockchains on the roadmap
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in blockchain technology

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in managing Sr. Software Engineers 
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in blockchain, demonstrating proficiency in languages such as Go, Rust or C++
• At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems
• Experience with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBSComprehensive understanding of trading and mining operations, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and drive innovation
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas through documentation, feedback mechanisms, and collaborative interactions
• Creative, independent, can do attitude
