About the Role:BlitzenX is seeking a seasoned Guidewire Architect to lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade insurance applications using the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform. This role demands deep expertise across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter, and is ideal for someone ready to drive transformation and innovation in P&C insurance solutions.

Own end-to-end architecture for Guidewire implementations (PC/BC/CC).

Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions within Guidewire and integrated systems.

Provide architectural leadership on large-scale Guidewire projects including greenfield implementations and cloud migrations.

Define integration strategies with external systems (e.g., ISO, payment gateways, CRM).

Lead technical teams across onshore/offshore models; mentor developers and tech leads.

Collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders.

Ensure solutions comply with architectural standards, best practices, and governance.

Conduct code reviews and provide performance optimization guidance.

10+ years in P&C insurance tech, with 5+ years in Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).

Deep knowledge of Guidewire Configuration, Integration, and Rating.

Strong experience with Guidewire Cloud, Edge APIs, GOSU programming.

Proven success as a Solution or Technical Architect in Guidewire implementations.

Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.

Expertise in web services (REST/SOAP), data modeling, microservices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Guidewire Certification (Architect or Developer)

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

AWS/Azure cloud platform knowledge
