We are seeking a AI Engineer to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.

What is this position about?

We are seeking highly adaptable engineers with strong system-thinking capabilities to help build and scale AI-powered platforms and applications.

This role is focused on engineers who thrive in ambiguity, can quickly adapt to changing priorities, and are comfortable working across multiple technologies and layers of the stack. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience building production-ready systems and AI-enabled solutions.

The team primarily works with Python, AI/LLM technologies, and modern cloud-native architectures. Experience with React, AWS, and Snowflake is highly valued but not strictly required, as adaptability and learning agility are considered more important than expertise in a single technology.

Job Description

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications and services.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into robust technical solutions.
• Build and maintain backend systems, APIs, integrations, and AI workflows.
• Collaborate across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI initiatives to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven products and internal accelerators.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, and reusable system patterns.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical growth across the team.
• Drive improvements in scalability, reliability, performance, and developer experience.
• Work closely with stakeholders to balance business needs, technical trade-offs, and delivery timelines.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools, frameworks, and engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience with Python and backend engineering.
• Experience designing and building scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered applications or automation workflows.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Frontend experience with React or similar technologies is a plus.
• Exposure to Snowflake or modern data platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives is valued.
• AI-first mindset with interest in leveraging AI tools to accelerate development workflows.

What about languages?

Advanced English level is required for daily communication with global teams and stakeholders.

How much experience must I have?

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Previous experience building production-ready systems and collaborating in cross-functional engineering environments.
