Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Product Manager for our Investor Technology team who has a strong passion for building new products and democratizing data for non-technical users. As a member of the Investor Technology team, you will be expected to solve real business challenges by bridging strategy and technology execution – owning complex initiatives from inception to delivery. You are equal parts problem solver and operator with an instinct for identifying what matters, a bias for action, and the resilience to see things through.
Responsibilities:
Own Business Problem-Solving: Navigate ambiguity to define, structure, and deliver strategic technology initiatives across Investor Technology. Act as the first responder to business needs—whether it’s related to investor onboarding,
Drive Core Investor Tech Workstreams: Partner with business and technology teams to advance key Investor Technology platforms and processes, including Investor Onboarding, CRM optimization, centralized investor data and analytics, investor reporting, and investor-facing digital experiences. Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reduce operational friction, and enhance the investor experience.
Translate Needs into Execution: Work closely with Investor Relations, Fundraising, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Technology teams to gather requirements, document business processes, define MVPs, prioritize product backlogs, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
Lead Product and Data Strategy: Drive intake, prioritization, and execution of technology and data initiatives that enable better decision-making and more efficient business processes. Proactively identify opportunities for automation, workflow simplification, platform integration, and improved data governance.
Be the ‘Super Connector’: Coordinate across business and technology organizations to deliver end-to-end solutions rather than isolated features. Connect stakeholders across Investor Relations, Operations, Data & Analytics, Engineering, and Product Management to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
Enable Better Decision-Making: Partner with data and business teams to improve the quality, accessibility, and usability of investor data. Support the development of centralized reporting, analytics, dashboards, and insights that empower leadership and business users to make informed decisions.
Institutionalize Scalable Processes: Help establish sustainable operating models, governance frameworks, and product management best practices across Investor Technology. Drive consistency across intake, prioritization, requirements management, delivery, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
