Systems Integration Engineer

As a Systems Integration Engineer at Blackspoke, you will develop and implement integration solutions that enhance the capabilities of our intelligence customer. Your role is crucial in ensuring today is safe and tomorrow is smarter by maintaining system integrity and interoperability.

What you will be working on:
As the Systems Integration Engineer, you will:

• Develop program and project integration solutions across the enterprise, determining integration/interface requirements.
• Work closely with systems engineers, solutions architects, and programmers to ensure applications and systems interoperate effectively to deliver mission solutions.
• Implement approved CI/CD pipelines for application deployment across development, testing, staging, and operations environments.
• Perform hands-on integrations and testing with enterprise tools for audit, monitoring, and security scanning.
• Integrate with enterprise authentication systems such as PKI, LDAP, OAuth, etc.
• Automate the deployment of services, COTS, GOTS products, and custom code to meet program and product owner objectives.
• Continuously review and improve existing processes, including the creation and updating of integration documentation.
• Present integration results during program meetings and to customers.

What you will bring to us (Must):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (8+ years in information technology if no degree).
• 5+ years of experience in systems integration, with a demonstrated understanding of cloud services such as AWS.
• Experience in software integration across COTS, GOTS, FOSS, and proprietary applications.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, Python, and BASH scripting.
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services; familiarity with OpenShift is a plus.
• TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph.

Would be nice if you bring the following (Highly Desired):

• Technical certifications in Network+, Security+, Software Development, or Cloud Computing.
• Experience in system engineering and integration of security components with applications and databases.
• Knowledge of or experience with NGA enterprise products.
• Familiarity with other common programming and scripting languages like Java, C++, and HTML.
