About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Platform Implementation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of our SMA products and technology solutions. The Platform Implementation Team is responsible for working hand in hand with BlackRock’s Legal and Compliance team and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients during platform implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Facilitate communication and negotiations between vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to support platform implementations.

·        Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.

·        Collaborate with stakeholders to define the platforms scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

·        Develop and maintain comprehensive platform documentation and user guides.

·        Responsible for accurate & timely responses to all requests coming into the team from internal partners & external clients.

·        Coordinate operational setups/workflows for new platforms

·        Assist in process improvements

·        No Direct Reports

Qualifications:

·        3-5 years industry experience

·        Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

·        Proven project management experience

·        Proficiency in Airtable and Salesforce

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

·        Client Service Minded

·        Strong understanding of SMA products and investment advisory services preferred.

·        Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
