Job Description

As a Project Manager, Associate, you will be crucial in delivering value to our existing eFront clients, improving their business performance, and showcasing the latest functionalities. Your tasks will involve gathering requirements, planning projects, managing risks, overseeing budgets, and ensuring the timely delivery of outstanding outcomes. Candidates with knowledge of eFront or relevant business/technical expertise and excellent communication skills are highly desirable.

Your Tasks

• Assume overall responsibility for delivering client requirements in line with standard methodologies, managing key elements such as scope, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budget.
• Develop achievable baselined plans and ensure successful implementation by monitoring breakthrough achievements.
• Manage and communicate all deviations from the plan.
• Monitor and control projects by actively identifying, tracking, managing, mitigating, and resolving project issues and risks.
• Provide requested internal and external reporting.
• Collaborate with project team members to build consensus on challenging issues.
• Communicate requirements and actively set & manage expectations to ensure all team members and collaborators are accountable for their roles in the project's overall success.
• Track and store project artifacts.
• Manage key collaborators by setting accurate expectations, ensuring accurate communication, and managing crises.
   

Must have:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Organizational Sciences, or related software engineering background.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills – demonstrate integrity at all times.
   

Should have:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Good time management and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• A great teammate able to work autonomously.
• A ‘can do’ attitude – willingness to accept challenges.
• Interest in the functional aspects of the product.
• Knowledge of the Finance industry.
   

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of eFront Invest.
• Familiarity with standard reporting tools such as SSRS, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Proficiency in C# or another object-oriented language.
• Previous work experience will be positively considered.
• Understanding of client requirements and the ability to provide solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in developing customized reports and dashboards (basic FrontScript (SAS-like) and SQL).
• Skills in implementing and configuring systems to match client needs (basic JavaScript, VB, SQL).
