Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-scale environments. This role requires expertise in ITSM, custom application development, workflow automation, platform integrations, and administration. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions, automate business processes, and support enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications and platform capabilities.
• Develop custom scoped applications using best practices.
• Configure and support ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and workflow automations using Flow Designer.
• Develop and support REST API integrations with third-party enterprise applications.
• Configure Integration Hub spokes and build automated integrations.
• Develop Scripted REST APIs and manage data integrations using Import Sets and Transform Maps.
• Configure and maintain CMDB, Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
• Support platform administration, including upgrades, patching, testing, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve platform reliability.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Provide production support and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Developer/Administrator experience.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
• Experience with ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Expertise in Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Strong experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Experience developing custom scoped applications.
• Experience building and maintaining REST API integrations.
• Experience with Scripted REST APIs, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Experience with CMDB, Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience administering production environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with domain separation.
• Experience integrating with Okta SSO and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Experience working in cybersecurity or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environments.
• Government or public sector experience.
• Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, RDS, S3).
• Experience with React, Node.js, Express.js, and full-stack web development.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
• Additional certifications such as CAD or CIS are a plus.
