Product Manager - Social Features (Content)

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of Binance Chat and Square social features, driving the planning and iteration of core functions including posting, commenting, sharing, content discovery, personalized recommendation, group chat, messaging interactions, and community groups.
• Design and optimize user journeys across key entry points, ensuring seamless cross-page navigation and consistent posting and interaction experiences across all scenarios.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to build and iterate on the social interaction system — content publishing flows, comment/reply mechanisms, personalized content distribution, group management, and messaging flows.
• Monitor core social engagement metrics (posting rate, interaction rate, retention, DAU), analyze user behavior across different content types and entry points, and formulate growth strategies.

Requirements

• 3~8 years of experience in social, community, or content products; experience with Web3 or community-driven products is a strong plus.
• Ability to translate complex interaction scenarios into clear product solutions with well-defined state transitions and edge-case handling.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with engineering, design, operations, and external partner teams.
• Strong product judgment in balancing user experience consistency with scenario-specific constraints.
• Highly Relevant Experience: Background in social/community products ensures immediate productivity with zero learning curve.
• Strong Product Sense: Deep understanding of community user journeys, interaction design, and content ecosystem dynamics.
• Clear Logic: Structured product thinking with the ability to break down multi-path flows and resolve experience conflicts in complex interaction scenarios.
