This is a strategic and influential role within our company that will support the core product platform. Your work will shape our next generation of products, experimentation, and predictions. We are looking for a proven leader who can amplify the effectiveness of an established senior team, driving growth and providing significant value.

  • Develop and execute the team’s support strategy in alignment with cross-functional organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee the design and development of predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data science to solve business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate and prioritize high-revenue opportunities across all areas of the customer journey. 
  • Collaborate with senior product, sales, and marketing leadership who are already committed to and utilizing data science solutions in their workflows. Work with them to build and revise a roadmap of most impactful opportunities.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • Experience managing and inspiring a team of machine learning and analytics professionals, with a track record of delivering high-impact projects.
  • Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and programming languages such as Python or R, in a cloud-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing data science and analytics teams.

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
