Data Analyst - Technology

Location: Bengaluru, India

As a Data Analyst, you will work with leadership and cross-functional teams to uncover insights that drive business decisions. From analyzing occupancy rates to evaluating market trends and customer behavior, this role is instrumental in shaping BHIVE’s operational, marketing, and expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and validate large volumes of data from CRM systems, booking platforms, finance tools, and marketing dashboards

Design and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs such as:

Occupancy rates
Revenue per seat
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Churn rate
Lead conversion rate
Perform trend, pattern, and outlier analysis to identify business improvement opportunities
Translate strategic questions into analytical models and provide data-backed insights
Track and report lead performance, sales funnels, and campaign ROI using CRMs like HubSpot or Zoho
Perform customer segmentation by usage, industry, and retention to support marketing/sales strategies
Support real estate expansion strategy by analyzing location profitability, market demand, and customer preferences
Analyze occupancy trends, booking patterns, and resource utilization across BHIVE centers
Collaborate with the finance team to prepare forecasts, budget variance reports, and cost-benefit analyses
Monitor operational metrics and suggest workflow or efficiency improvements
Use tools like MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Google Data Studio for automation and reporting
Maintain and optimize data pipelines ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of reports
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Ops) to gather data requirements
Present data and findings in a clear, visual, and actionable format to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role
Strong command of SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or GDS)
Experience working with CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey insights effectively
