Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software development projects.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other team members.
• Gather project requirements and create project plans and timelines.
• Assign tasks to developers and monitor daily progress.
• Conduct regular stand-up meetings and track project status.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide project updates.
• Handle client queries, feedback, and change requests professionally.
• Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Work closely with management to improve project execution and team productivity.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT/software company.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing development teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
