Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath Studio.
  • Manage and monitor automation workflows using UiPath Orchestrator.
  • Analyze business processes and translate requirements into efficient RPA solutions.
  • Develop reusable components, workflows, and automation frameworks.
  • Ensure automation solutions follow best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automation processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality automation outcomes.
  • Document automation designs, workflows, and technical specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a UiPath Developer or in a similar RPA role.
  • Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: C#, VB.NET, or Python.
  • Solid understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) concepts, tools, and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience developing automation workflows using UiPath activities, variables, and data types.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a contractor environment and deliver within defined timelines.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
