Job Description

What will keep you engaged: 

• Leveraging extensively your 8+ years of hands-on experience of designing and developing enterprise ready web and mobile applications.

• Channeling your strong customer-focused mindset to build product features by owning them from ideation to deployment in a client production environment

• Leading design discussions on application architecture, UI components, back-end and third-party integration

• Leading and mentoring a globally distributed engineering team to commit to the highest standards of excellence

• Exploring and creating ML and NLP algorithms

• Learning new tech with agility to build prototypes

• Influencing product design and features

• Practicing your time management and prioritization skills in a highly dynamic environment

Qualifications

What expertise you will need:

• Experience in leading engineering teams

• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Significant experience in working with Angular

• Fluency in any one of these languages - Python, Ruby, NodeJS or Go (we use Python)

• Expertise in working with DynamoDB or other NoSQL Databases

• Expertise working on AWS platform for development

• Knowledge of NLP based conversational-AI solutions implementation

• Working experience in data & analytics field, including new and emerging technologies in Machine Learning/Deep Learning, AI, and big data

• High degree of comfort with Agile development methodology and more importantly the ability to thrive in in an agile environment

• Ability to run technical checks and audits to comply with external performance, privacy, security, and related needs and resolve any issues that are identified

• Prior app development experience on Slack or Microsoft Teams will be a huge plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams
