We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong technical design skills and a multi-disciplinary mindset.

This role involves managing mechanical work packages within the Building Services segment.

Ko wai koe | About you
We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer who is passionate about technical delivery in Building Services.

With at least 7 years of experience in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, including a consulting background, you will be an excellent fit for our team.

You are an effective team player with a proactive and positive problem-solving approach.

Your ability to develop the technical expertise of junior mechanical engineers will be highly valued.

You have:

• Proven experience in delivering mechanical HVAC design from inception through to practical completion
• Familiarity with load estimation tools like Carrier E-20 or IES
• Experience with design communication software such as Bluebeam and Revit
• Knowledge of international standards for mechanical HVAC building services and industry guidance like CIBSE or ASHRAE
• Familiarity with New Zealand building codes and seismic design requirements (preferred)
