[Main Responsibilities]
- Perception, navigation, robotics system 엔지니어들과 긴밀히 협업하여 제품 기능 개발 및 성능향상을 위한 ML solution 개발
- 개발 결과의 실로봇 적용 및 빠른 기능 안정화 및 성능 개선작업 리드
- PM, Sales, 타팀과의 적극적인 의견교환을 통한 ML기반 개발 아이템 도출
- 데이터 수집/정제 및 이를 활용한 ML model 개발의 일련의 개발주기 관리
- 인턴 및 팀원들에 대한 멘토링
[Required Experience & Qualifications]
- 컴퓨터 과학, 로봇 공학 또는 관련 분야 석사/박사 + 관련 업계 경력
- (혹은) 컴퓨터 공학 학사 (컴퓨터 비전 및 딥러닝 중점) + 관련 업계 근무 경력 4년 이상
- 컴퓨터 비전(CV) 모델, 딥러닝(DL) 모델 혹은 강화학습에 대한 우수한 이론적 이해도
- 일반적인 이미지 분류, 객체 감지 및 추적 알고리즘에 대한 지식
- DL/CV의 연구 동향 및 실용적 방법론에 대한 높은 이해도
- Python 및/또는 C++에 대한 편안한 작업 능력
- 표준 DL 프레임워크(TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) 중 하나로 작업한 경험
- 일반적인 이미지 데이터 도구(opencv, numpy, pandas, matplotlib)로 작업한 경험
- ML 모델 개발/배포 주기에 대한 합리적인 이해
- 원시(전처리되지 않은) 데이터로 작업한 경험
- 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 능력. 이 직무는 여러 부서간 협업이 필수적이므로 여러 팀/도메인에서 일할 수 있는 능력이 중요함
- 영어 커뮤니케이션에 자신 있는 분
